Dermatology treats skin diseases. This is a very common group of diseases. Among the most common skin diseases can be distinguished such as: atopic allergic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, Raynaud’s syndrome, scleroderma, keratosis or occupational skin diseases.
In Polish clinics, the following dermatological diseases are treated:
-allergic skin diseases including atopic dermatitis, chronic eczema
-vascular diseases of small or moderate severity, including purpura and capillary vasculitis, Raynaud’s syndrome, psoriasis and its kind – papular dermatitis
-skin lesions with cologenosis: general scleroderma, focal scleroderma, including varicose veins of the lower leg with chronic eczema, lichen planus – all types, atrophic scleroderma versicolor
-occupational skin diseases with a chronic course: occupational acne, skin lesions caused by exposure to ionizing radiation, surface frostbite; atrophic conditions of skin diseases, including atrophic dermatitis, keratinization of the epidermis, including fish scales, keratosis of the palms of the hands and soles
-seborrheic skin diseases, including: seborrheic dermatitis, exfoliative dermatitis, vitiligo
